Douglas Junior Ross Santillana (born February 19, 1986 in Bellavista) is a Peruvian footballer. He currently plays for Sporting Cristal in the Peruvian First Division.

Ross his debut as Profi was to begin of the season 2004 by Coronel Bolognesi, in the Primera División Peruana. After two years joined on loan to Cienciano del Cuzco here could not to force through and played 15 games, scored 4 goals, than moved back to Bolognesi. In January 2007 moved in the Capital City to Alianza Lima on loan, here played 16 games and scored 2 goals, before turned back after one year in January 2008 to Coronel Bolognesi.
He was 2007 with Coronel Bolognesi Primera División Peruana Champion, he played also with the club at Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana.
He won the Peruvian Cup with Coronel Bolognesi in 2007. Apart from this, he made a few games in the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana.
On 2 February 2009 he was signed by German 2nd Bundesliga side FSV Frankfurt on a loan deal until the end of the season. Moreover, Werder Bremen has a signing option on him for summer 2009.[1] Neither FSV Frankfurt nor Werder Bremen claimed the signing option so Ross went back to Coronel Bolognesi.
On 19 December 2010 he signed a half year contract with Arka Gdynia.[2]
Ross has made 10 appearances for the senior Peru national football team.[3]
